This Refund Policy is a part of the legal agreement between you, either an individual or a single legal entity ("You" or "Your"), and Full Moon Financial Inc., located at 430 Hazeldean Rd Unit 6, Kanata, ON, K2L 1T9 ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").
By using or accessing any services provided by Us (the "Services"), You agree to this Refund Policy.
FINANCIAL EDUCATION SERVICES
If you are not satisfied with our financial education services, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We uphold a no-questions-asked policy on refunds for our financial education services. To initiate a refund, please contact us at bader@fullmoonfinancial.ca with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]". Although not required, we would greatly appreciate it if you would provide feedback and information as to why the program did not meet your needs. This will help us to improve our offerings in the future. We will process your refund within a reasonable time upon receipt of your request.
BOOKKEEPING AND PAYROLL SERVICES
Our bookkeeping and payroll services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel these services at any time with written notice. Please send your cancellation request to bader@fullmoonfinancial.ca with the subject line "Service Cancellation - [Your Name]".
Please note that there are no refunds for our bookkeeping and payroll services. Once payment has been made for these services, it is deemed earned.
CHANGES TO THE REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
