ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These terms of service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you, either an individual or a single legal entity ("You" or "Your"), and Full Moon Financial Inc., located at 430 Hazeldean Rd Unit 6, Kanata, ON, K2L 1T9 ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By using or accessing any services provided by Us (the "Services"), You agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policy We publish on our website www.fullmoonfinancial.ca (the "Site").

THE SERVICES

The Company provides a platform for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial education solutions. The Services may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

ELIGIBILITY

By using the Services, You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If You are using the Services on behalf of a company, You represent and warrant that You have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

To access some features of the Services, You may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your account.

USE OF THE SERVICES

You are solely responsible for all data, information and other content, that You upload, post, or otherwise provide or store in connection with or relating to the Services. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations when using the Services, and to respect the rights and dignity of others.

FEES AND PAYMENT

The use of some of the Services requires payment. The fees for the Services are set forth on our Site and are subject to change at our sole discretion. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, resulting from or arising out of Your use and access of the Service.

TERMINATION

You may terminate Your account at any time by contacting Us at bader@fullmoonfinancial.ca. We may close Your account, suspend Your ability to use certain portions of the Service, and/or ban You altogether from the Service for any or no reason, and without notice or liability of any kind.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
